Sales Agreement　規約

Please read through the following our Purchase Agreement before purchasing.
The following Purchase agreement apply to all contracts rendered between Interbrains Co.,Ltd. and/or by Interbrains Co.,Ltd. and its customers.

• Service is avaialbe in Japanese and English.
• Order of procedure
  １）Inquiry
  ２）Interbrains Co.,Ltd. will contact the customer about item price, total amount of order, and shipping date.
  ３）Business agreement
  ４）Payment
  ５）Preparation for shipping or starting the production of products after payment has been confirmed
  ６）Shipping
  ７）Shipping nortification
  Above is our purchase process flow.
• This system is sales agent system which delivers products to specified address on behalf of the customer.
• Regarding order production products or limited seasonal products, it may take time for shipping or time of shipment time may be limited.
• The customer shall order mininum order number or order as a set if applicable.
• Please note that colors of actual products may be different from the ones on Interbrains Co.,Ltd.'s website.
• Please also note that there are points of difference between actual products and the samples on Interbrains Co.,Ltd.'s website in case of ordering handmade products.
• The custmer shall not cancel, refund, and exchange since it is an international transaction.
• Shipping, packing, and insurance fee will be added to merchandise price. In case, there is custom tax or other fees, customers will be responsible for the fees.
  Quote which includes merchandise price, shipping fee, packing fee, and insurance fee will be provided before ordering process.
• Products are covered by a damage insurance. Refund will be made in case of damage when transporting.
  In case a product is damaged, please email Interbrains Co.,Ltd. with pictures of the damaged product and the package box that shows the damaged part.
  Interbrains Co.,Ltd. will demand the compensation for the damage to insurance company.
• In case of a disaster, or a dispute in Japan, or in case a producer or a technical expart faces any health problem which may cause their work, Interbrains Co.,Ltd. may substitute with similar item or may delay delivery time.
  In case Interbrains Co.,Ltd. does not have any substitution or in case the customer would not like to purchase substitution, Interbrains Co.,Ltd. will refund the same amount the customer have paid with the same currency rate.
  Interbrains Co.,Ltd. will not garantee anything other than the amount the customer paid.
• There may be some products that are not allowed to import to certain countries due to importing countries' law. Please research before making purchase.
  When the customer could not import items due to importing countries' law, Interbrains Co.,Ltd. will not take any responsibility.
  Also, if the customer refuses to receive the product, Interbrains Co.,Ltd. will not take any responsibility.
• Currency of payment is either Japanese yen or US dollar.
  Interbrains Co.,Ltd. won't accept any other currency.
• Please obey the customer country's law regarding usage of our products.
• The customer is responsible for the usage of products after delivery of goods.
  Please follow instruction mannuals. Interbrains Co.,Ltd. and our producers will not take any responsibility after delivery of goods.
• The legal relationship between Interbrains Co.,Ltd. and the customer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law
• Purchase agreement will be provided in japanese and in English.
  In the event of the provisions resulting in a conflict between the Japanse agreement and the English agreement, the former will prevail.

以下の点を十分ご理解の上、弊社システムをご利用下さい。

• 対応言語は、日本語または英語になります。
• ご注文までの手順
  １）お問合せ
  ２）内容・商品価格・総額・発送時期等の調整連絡
  ３）商談合意
  ４）お支払い
  ５）お支払い確認後生産開始（または発送準備）
  ６）発送
  ７）発送完了のご連絡
  上記、１）から７）の流れになります。
• 当システムは、弊社がお客様に代わって商品を購入に指定された住所に配送する購入代行になります。
• 受注生産品や収穫時期が限定される商品等、出荷に時間の係る場合、又は出荷時期が限定される物も有ります。
• 最低出荷数量以下、或いは組合せセット以外の販売は出来ません。
• 現物の商品とパソコンの画面上に再現される画像とで多少色風合いなどに相違が有りますのでご了承下さい。
• 商品に依っては、一品ずつの手創りの為多少の個体差が有り、ウェブサイト掲載見本と多少相違がありますがご理解下さい。
• 国際取引になりますので、支払い完了後のキャンセル、返金、交換は出来ません。
• 商品代金に送料と梱包手数料・保険料が加算されます。更に輸入国の関税・諸経費かかる場合は購入者が負担する物とします。
  受注前の商談の段階で、商品代金、送料、梱包手数料・保険料を加算した総額をご連絡致しますのでご検討下さい。
• 商品には、保険を掛けますので輸送中の破損の場合は商品代金をご返金致します。
  破損していた場合は、商品を梱包した箱の破損個所、商品の破損個所を写真に撮り弊社へ電子メールでご連絡下さい。
  保険の請求作業に掛かります。
• 日本国内に於いて、大規模な災害、紛争が発生した場合、或いは生産者、技術者が日常の社会生活が困難な健康状態に陥り作業を遂行するのに支障をきたす様な場合は、他の同等の製品に代替え、納期の延期の提案をさせて貰う場合も有ります。
  同等の製品を用意できない場合、或いは同等の製品で納得頂けない場合は、購入者が支払った金額を、支払った日の国際レートで換算した金額を返金致します。
  その際は、支払われた金額の返金以外は如何なる保証も致しません。
• 輸入国の法令等により輸入出来ない商品があるかもしれませんので、ご自身で十分に調査の上注文して下さい。
  輸入国の法令に依って輸入出来ない場合の責任は弊社または生産者販売者は一切負えません。
  また、購入者が何らかの理由で受け取りを拒否した場合も弊社または生産者販売者は如何なる保証も出来ません。
• 決済通貨は、日本円または、USAドルとします。
  日本円または、USAドル以外での支払いは支払いと認めません。
• 輸入国の国内法令に従い購入者側の責任で使用して下さい。
• 製品が、購入者の手元へ届いた後は、購入者の責任で使用して頂きます。
  取扱説明書に従い、購入者の責任適切な取り扱いをして下さい。弊社または製作者は、商品が購入者の手元へ届いた後は如何なる保証も致しません。
• 管轄裁判所は、日本国内の弊社所在地になります。日本の法令・条例に準拠します。
• 販売契約書は、日本語の書面を英語に翻訳した物と日本語の物と同じ物を二つ作成します。
  但し、解釈は日本語の契約書を優先します。
